Can we return purchased goods?

Sorry we are not accepting product returns.

However, if you find a damaged item when the goods are being delivered, please contact us at via +94 71 77 88 990 at that point itself. Please be kind enough to open the package in front of the courier to avoid any miscommunication

How do I cancel my order? 

Please inform us through calling to +94 71 77 88 990, FB messenger to cancel the order.

The cancellation should happen before the order is dispatched from babo.lk Warehouse.

The product will be sent to the courier within 4 hours after placing the order.

Hence appreciate if you could inform us of your cancellation within 4 hours of the order being placed.

How do I get a refund? 

We aim to process all refunds within 3 working days of receiving your parcel at our warehouse
Refunds can only be made to the card used for the original order
You will receive a refund confirmation via email once the refund process is completed
Refunds will usually clear into your account within 3-5 working days however this can vary between banks
